The Ranchers Pipe Holder is ideal for setting or pulling a windmill cylinder pump. The Ranchers Pipe Holder has a 2000 lbs. non shock test load, so be sure not to overload it.
When setting a pump on PVC drop pipe, we recommend the use of the Kwik Klamp pipe holder which has finer grips in the biting jaws to hold better on PVC pipe without allowing the PVC pipe to squeeze and slip, or become damaged. The Kwik Klamp will hold up to 3500 lbs of non shock load. We offer elevators for controlling lifting and lowering pipe into a well. Economy pipe elevators are metal hinged units that go around the pipe and let the coupling ride on top of it. Chain is used as the lifting connection. We also offer a vise grip designed for holding poly pipe when lowering a pump into a well.

#8871 Rancher's Pipe Holder
is an economical way to hold pipe while lifting or lowering a pump in a well. It will handle galvanized steel pipe 1", 1 1/4", 1 1/2", and 2" in size. The Rancher Pipe Holder is not designed for PVC pipe since it can squeeze the pipe and loose the grip on the pipe. This is a great tool for setting or pulling up a windmill cylinder.

Kwik Klamp Pipe Holder has a replaceable serrated jaw of tempered steel - pipe size and tension adjuster is a 7/8" acme threaded rod located inside of the front jaw. Unit will hold 1" thru 2" pipe at any point along the pipe. Handles galvanized and Sch 80 PVC equally well, and is tested at up to 3500 lbs. Single hand operation with a safety lock pin to prevent accidental opening or release.

The all new heavy duty KwikKlamp2 is the drillers answer to holding the larger pipe sizes from 2-1/2" up through 4". KwikKlamp2 is basically an enlarged version of the popular KwikKlamp which is designed for pipe up through 2" in size, with many of the same features. The tool has been used world wide by environmental drillers, pump installers, well servicemen, and water well drillers. The main body is constructed of 2" and 2-1/2" steel tube with 1/4" wall thickness. Easy to operate, over center locking of jaws when downward pressure is applied to the 19" long lever handle. 1/2" safety pin is used to prevent accidental unclamping. KwikKlamp2 allows workers to bring pipe or drill joint up to an easy working level because it bites anywhere on the side of the pipe. The tool weighs 30 lbs. and it is 20" long and 7-1/2" wide. The jaws are equipped with 16 carbide tipped grippers for excellent holding capability with load tests done over 7000 lbs. Flush joint casing does not have couplings, so the flush joint casing pipe holder is used to securely hold flush joint pipe. A lifting plug is also used to do the lowering. #26JS Flush Joint PVC Casing Clamp is a unique pipe holder that will handle all styles of 2" thru 6" plastic pipe. Although especially designed for flush OD pipe ( smooth OD with no outside coupling ), it will work equally well on normal belled end or coupled plastic pipe.No special inserts are needed. It is quick acting, as just one turn of the screw assembly locks the pipe in place. Large opening in base accommodates up to 6" couplings. Clamp has a strong aluminum base plate.
