Submersible Pump Instructions

 F&W Pumps
Select the 4 inch submersible pump that is right for your water well conditions.
4 inch deep well submersible pumps are designed to pump from deeper water wells where other pumps would not perform.
Constant pressure submersible water well pumps give you water pressure like the city water system does.

6 inch submersible pumps are used in irrigation water wells where large volumes of water need to be pumped in a short period of time.

SPJ lawn sprinkler pumps are ideal for lawn irrigation from a pond or shallow well.
Centrifugal pressure booster pumps are used to produce higher pressure at head feet above normal centrifugal pump capacity.
High pressure booster pumps boost incoming pressure to a desired level of pressure.
Uniform pressure centrifugal pumps give a constant water flow at a specific pressure to give constant pressure at the tap.
Jet pumps are used on the surface to draw water from a well. Shallow well jet pumps pump from 20 feet or less, and 2 pipe deep well jet pumps pump from deeper depths.
Deep well vertical jet pumps are 2 stage jet pumps to pump from deeper depths and give more gallons per minute.
Submersible pump wire connects with power at the top of the well and connects underwater to the motor lead.
UF direct burial wire cable is used to run power from the power source underground to a well.
Aie E Tainer pressure tanks buffer your water pressure to give you a more even pressure when you open the tap. The pressure tank also acts as storage to have a certain amount available before your pump needs to turn on.
BW LH systems protect your pump from running out of water in a low producing water well.
BW RH systems control power to a well pump to keep a cistern full of water.
Sand Blocker drive point screens have 2 layers of stainless steel for strength and stainless steel wool in between the layers to filter out smaller particles and allow the maximum water flow through.

Setting a submersible pump into a well requires the use of special tools to control lowering the pipe.
Gas driven pumps make it possible to transfer water from a stream or holding tank to another point at a fast rate of speed.
Galvanized steel pipe tank nipples are threaded all the way to allow conncetion of a pipe through a tank wall.
Wintergard heat tapes are used to keep water lines from freezing during the cold of winter.
